Who we are
Founded in 1991, ACI initially specialized in renovation.
In 2021, ACI evolved into 1 SPACE DESIGN—ACI GROUP, uniting 1 SPACE DESIGN, BATIMELEC, and GMTF.
This unification allows us to look at every project from a holistic approach, combining all facets necessary to develop your vision from the ground up. It also allows efficiency and transparency between our coordinators, engineers, and contractors, allowing us to handle every project phase.
